Attention Strignano’s Forex Signals and Forex Confidante Customers

I have been made aware that many of you have been emailing support regarding several issues including canceling memberships and refunds and you have received no response. I would like to let you know that I am working on rectifying this situation ASAP.

My FORMER marketer Eric Rockefeller controls the shopping carts, the merchant accounts, and the support desk. As per our agreement I trusted that he was handling support and was handling the shopping and merchant accounts.

It has come to my attention that he has not been fulfilling his duties. I have sent out several emails to the members asking them to email Eric at erockefeller@gmail.com for their support, cancellation and refund request and it seems they have gotten no response. I am working hard to get this under control but legal issues take time. In the meantime I want to protect my members.

If you wish to cancel or need a refund please contact your credit card company and file a charge-back and ask them to not allow www.strignanosforexsignals.com to bill your credit card again. You can also contact Eric Rockefeller’s merchant company Powerpay and ask them to refund and cancel the recurring billing to your credit card.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled legally to make a public statement to confirm that I have never had financial control of either StrignanosForexSignals.com or ForexConfidante.com and that these sites are controlled by the marketer, Eric Rockefeller. Additionally, I want to acknowledge that any payments to me from these sites have not been forthcoming and are now overdue by approximately 120 days.

Furthermore, I want to publicly confirm that I am not in a current position to provide any customers with refunds, however I can also confirm that I have taken trademark, copyright and other legal actions against the marketer including a Cease and Desist demand to close the sites down.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I want to make sure my members are taken care of and are happy. Thank you for being a valued member and I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
